Pricing questions
- What is the difference between Free and Starter?
- The Free plan is individual (1 user, 50 messages/day) on shared infrastructure. The Starter plan (CHF 49/month) accommodates up to 5 users, offers unlimited messages and file uploads, still on shared infrastructure but with more resources.
- What is shared infrastructure (Free and Starter)?
- Free and Starter share a common infrastructure. Your conversations remain private and encrypted, hosted in Switzerland, but server resources are shared among multiple clients. From the Pro plan onwards, each organisation has a fully dedicated container and database.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate with pro-rata billing. Downgrades take effect at the next monthly term. An upgrade button is always visible in your dashboard.
- Does the price depend on the usage of AI models?
- No. Each plan includes a reasonable usage of enabled models, with no token-based billing. You pay a fixed and predictable monthly amount in Swiss francs. The most advanced models are available via the Premium AI models add-on.
- Is VAT included in the displayed prices?
- Prices are displayed excluding taxes. Swiss VAT of 8.1% is added to the invoice, issued in CHF by Walterdesk SA, allowing you to reclaim it if your company is VAT-registered.
